As part of International Cleaning Week, the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) recently held a contest to determine the best of Spotless Spaces across the country. The Student Union Building Services crew made it to the final round of nominees, and thanks to the help of our campus and community partners, we’re thrilled to announce that we were awarded second place!
The ISSA shared that all finalists exhibited commitment to their facilities by going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure their designated spaces are healthy, safe, and accessible for all. Our Student Union Building Services team operates under these values with commitment to all Vols, and it shows every time you step onto the pristine terrazzo floors or admire the spotless blown glass torch chandelier.
This team is especially proud of the work they do, and this honor is well deserved for their hard work and dedication. It’s even sweeter knowing we were the only higher education facility that finished in the Top 3!
