Our Organizational Chart
More than 600 dedicated team members make up UT Facilities Services, each bringing their unique skills, expertise, and education to the work they do every day. Our team ensures that every classroom, office, and public space is functional, safe, and welcoming. We commit to excellence in all aspects of facilities management.” The diversity of tasks requires organization, and to ensure that we operate efficiently and effectively, we divide our department into 10 specialized units. All units address the unique needs of our campus, from custodial services and maintenance to landscape management and energy conservation.
Each unit is led by skilled professionals who work collaboratively to reach the high standards that our university community expects. Whether it’s keeping our buildings in top condition, providing responsive service to urgent requests, or planning long-term strategies for facility upgrades and sustainability, each unit plays a crucial role in ensuring that the UT campus remains a place where students, faculty, and staff can thrive.

Mike Brady serves as Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Services. He oversees all departmental units, ensuring that they’re operating within the university’s mission and vision.

More than 600 individuals make up Facilities Services, working tirelessly to keep the campus running 365 days a year.
