The Neyland Entertainment District is transforming the area surrounding Neyland Stadium and Thompson-Boling Arena into a vibrant destination for entertainment, hospitality, and retail. Designed to create a dynamic experience for the campus and community, the district will welcome students, fans, residents, and visitors throughout the year.
August 2026 Update:
As of Monday, Aug. 10, the eastern portion of the G10 parking garage is closed for parking as construction begins. This initial phase will focus on work along the perimeter to ensure a safe environment for future construction. Throughout the project, the university will continue to utilize available campus parking, leased park-and-ride locations and additional options, including the new parking lot on Stephenson Drive, to help meet parking needs.
